My name is Jennifer. I am a registered yoga teacher having gone through certified training programs, specializing in a variety of different practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yang & Yin, and Chair Yoga. I have been a yoga practitioner for many years and have studied other modalities including acupressure and aromatherapy.

At Heron’s Nest Yoga, I provide guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body. By focusing on smaller class sizes, I am able to provide you with one-on-one, personalized training to best suit your needs.
